This signed copy of a Right Place Right Time is a compilation of images spanning more than than twenty yrears of observing and capturing events in time that have been sculpted by the seasonal forces of nature.  You are invited to wander through and enjoy these events, frozen in time by photographer Hylton Baker, a Captain with the Summit County, Ohio Sheriff's Office.  Captain Baker has been in law enforment for mroe than 29 years.  He is currently the commander of a multi-jurisdictional narcotics taks force.  An avid outdoorsman, Captain Baker began concentraing on nature photography more than thirty years ago.  His photographic skills have also been used in his law enforment career.  Captain Baker resides in Stark County, Ohio with his wife, Heidi and their daughter Heather.  He is often found in many of the surrounging parks, including the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
