In honor of our eighth-grade graduating class, this project will prepare you for life's variable weather while warming you with memories of the past.

Start with a solid pine hall tree painted white with decorative hooks hung with hats, mittens, and gloves for any kind of weather. The umbrella stand has extra umbrellas to lighten up even the nastiest weather. The quilt, with squares crafted by the students, will keep you warm on stormy nights while you peruse the scrapbook, “That was Then, This is Now,” with pictures of the children old and new. For a special touch, the students' pictures adorn the underside of the bench seat.
