This package includes a 20 punch pass for any water aerobics classes held out at the Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria.  Classes include Joint Action, a class designed for those with MS, Fibromyalgia, and arthritis.  Pass is also good for Aquaticize classes, which give a short cardio workout, as well as a workout utilizing dumbbells and noodles for extra resistance training.
