Tante Marie's Cooking School has donated a certificate for five afternoon demonstration classes. The classes can be taken almost every week during the year on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. The demonstration classes feature guest chefs and range from Asian Steaming, Stir frying or Braising to the cooking of Italy, Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam or Singapore to Chocolate Techniques or Sauces. Guest Chefs scheduled for the 2007-2008 Fall and Winter season include Alice Medrich, Farina Achuck, Tom Worthington, Carlo Middione, Penelope Alzamora, Bruce Aidells, Heidi Kraling, Juliana Urubura, Rebecca Leising, Loretta Keller or Nicole Krasinski.
