L-W PALs Richard and Barbara Mendelsohn, owners of Barham Mendelsohn Wines, have donated a rare Pinot Noir Vertical 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004. Alice Waters of Chez Panisse Restaurant says, "I'm thrilled by the Mendelsohns' dedication to sustainable agriculture. They have shown us how delicious organic wine can be. By taking care of the land, they ensure that future generations will be able to continue making beautiful wines." Patricia Unterman describes the wine as "luscious, feminine, pretty, aromatic...this pinot tastes like the Russian River Valley."
