L-W parents Mack & Deborah Roach have donated two bottles of 2003 Feudi di San Gregorio Serpico. This wine is medium to full-bodied with intense head of fruit, tannins, ultra clean mineral finish. It is superbly concentrated with ripe black cherries, anise, crushed minerals green tea and cigar box notes that caress the palate with intensity and great length. Thirty years of life is not out of the question. Wine spectator 90 points.
