Get ready for Cinco de Mayo in class... Our second annual Tequila Class, that is! Explore the nuances of this amazing spirit with a tasting led by Chris Corrigan. Chris will impart his extensive knowledge of the manufacturing process, including the plants, extracting juice from the plants, Highland and Lowland differences and the tequila aging process. Although Tequila is center stage for this event, Mexican fare, served appetizer style, will be provided throughout the evening. This event will be held on Friday May 2 at 6:30 PM at the home of Ann Kirk and Ed Sykes (Jessica 2010) for up to 12 people.
