Description

This work was painted by Keaw, an 8-year-old male elephant. Several years ago, two artists from New York taught endangered elephants from Thailand how to use an easel, brush and palette. Their amazing works ? called by one observer a visual "ode to joy" ? range from florals, as Keaw created here, through abstracts, even pictures of elephants and their handlers!
Painted on special paper, with archival matting and a Larson-Juhl frame, Flowers carries a certificate and seal of provenance.

Special Instructions

This matted and framed acrylic measures 36"H x 29"W.
