This painting uses a relatively new process: It's transparent watercolor on a clayboard panel, sealed and framed without glass. Kris Donovan, operator of the Donovan Gallery at Tiverton Four Corners, is an award-winning artist member of the Rhode Island Watercolor Society whose work is seen in collections around the country and occasionally in Rhode Island Monthly. A member of the RI Watercolor Society and the Westport Art Group, Kris has taught workshops and displayed fine art in her gallery for over 25 years.
