Stay calm, Sox fans! Item #142 is a polished-granite-and-bronze bas-relief of New York Yankees great Mickey Mantle created by noted sports artist Armand LaMontagne.

While it's true that Armand LaMontagne is a Red Sox fan, he's also a true baseball fan and admires greatness, no matter what the uniform. So it shouldn't be a surprise he has often depicted Yankees outfielder, first-baseman and slugger Mickey Mantle - nor that the two became friends. Armand signed the back of this work, which, you'll notice, is oriented in the shape of a baseball diamond!
