Charles Wysocki was inspired to paint the original following a New Hampshire trip when he and his wife stumbled upon what he termed a "treasure trove? of eye-catching displays of unusual items" and "an artist's inspirational plum!" They brought home a stack of bric-a-brac ? and the idea for this whimsical work.
