The highly expressive glazing on this piece ranges from olive, to gold at the textured peaks of its surface. Burgundy, merlot, and subtle shades of blue and plum also show themselves in the glazing. A 3-inch pin frog is included, simplifying creating ikebana floral arrangements using the vase. It's 9 1/8" in diameter and 3 7/8" high. Bob Fishman earned a degree in Arts Education at Rhode Island College and apprenticed at the renowned Leach Pottery of St Ives, Cornwall. He has signed this piece on the bottom.
