Harley Bartlett's work is sought-after far and wide. You've seen some of it firsthand in the Rhode Island statehouse, where Harley painted the clouds on the ceiling. (He's done similar work in Des Moines and Salt Lake City!) He's restored celebrated church interiors, is a past president of the Providence Art Club and operates Thomas Street Studios, which tackles national interior design projects.
