Pat Kelly learned much of her technique in Tuscany, while earning an MA in clay sculpture in Pennsylvania. She specializes in creating textured clay surfaces featuring splashes of color. Pat is a member of the Artisans' Guild of Cape Cod and exhibits at the Kusmin Gallery of Plymouth.

This unique, freeform platter includes the texture of burlap pressed into the clay when wet. The light, colors and vistas of the sandy beaches and deep ocean are reflected in the piece's vibrant coloration.
