J.T. Snow: Hitting
After injury-plagued seasons from 2001-03 and a drastic drop in production, he began hitting like the old Snow. He was spraying balls to all fields and regained his power. Although his homer total was just 12, it nearly equaled his output in the previous two seasons combined. He had a breakout game on August 13 in Philadelphia, hitting three home runs for the first time in his career. Snow hit nine of his homers in the second half, when he batted .387. Only Seattle's Ichiro Suzuki (.429) had a higher batting average after the All-Star break.
