You may have to put in a special little wine cave in your home if you want to treat these six bottles right.  These exceptional wines are a wonderful complement to any meal but go especially well with roasted or grilled meats and creamy cheeses.  Even though we believe in the French paradox, just don't get your cholesterol checked the day after.
