Kathryn Keats (7th grade parent) has been enjoying the muffins at Muffin Mania for 20 years.   She can't go everyday, but at least once a week she goes for a mouth watering chedder and jalapeno with cream cheese filling or an apple-chedder.  They also make one of the best house coffees in Marin.
