Description

From film stars to revolutionaries, Belstaff is one of the most famous names in motorcycle jackets. Motorcycle Hall of Fame inductee Steve McQueen was often photographed in a Belstaff jacket. Leading the Cuban revolution, Che Gavara also used a Belstaff for his motorcycle journey across Latin America. And of course, they were worn by every famous (and not so famous) enduro rider including, John Penton, Dave Mungenast, and Malcolm Smith to name only a few. Now you can own one of these world famous collectable jackets too.  This is a genuine “Made in England” Belstaff Trailmaster Professional.  Size XL (US 42).  Slightly used, worn only 2 or 3 times and never in extreme conditions, the lining is still like new.  This is an older jacket, we cannot determine the exact age, but we are guessing it is from the 70’s or 80’s. The Trailmaster set many standards unsurpassed even today.  Belstaff used only the finest quality fabrics and accessories which have made it famous throughout the world. This is the reason why Belstaff jackets have kept their value through the years; jackets made in the 50s and 60s are eagerly being sought by enthusiasts and are kept as trophies by real motorcyclists. These jackets, if you can find one, are selling on eBay for as much as $600 or more.  This is the perfect gift for the British or European enthusiast with a low, low opening bid of $175.
