iRUNLIKEAGIRL was started three years ago and the business has been growing each year since then. It is a feel good brand. " says the founder, who also says that the slogan will have different meanings to different people. For some it means "girl power"- I'm fast, strong and confident- those that can run a 3:15 marathon, for example. For others it means "I'm out here running" and it's fun. To the founder, after personal tragedy, the name meant "I'm still running...I'm sad about the loss of my mother but I'm still running." Another story of "girl power" was of a team of one girl on an all boys cross country team. There are as many stories as there are "girls" who run--wear this gear and tell your own story.
