Lauren says.."My class falls under the ISHTA lineage and is vinyasa in style with elements of Tantric meditation and philosophy dispersed throughout. It is challenging and rigorous while it is also safe and correctly aligned. I help empower my students to individualize their practice according to their specific needs by always offering modifications of postures as well as ways to make them more challenging. I consistently encourage my students to make choices for themselves according to what they need at a particular time, and the overall goal of my class is to help students work their bodies, calm their minds, and feed their spirits in a healthy and individualized way."
