Join wine expert Costas Mouzouras from Gotham Wines & Liquors to taste, evaluate, and compare the essence of eight cabernets from around the world.  The evening will begin with an interactive game of "Capturing the Flavor" that will provide information to help identify the upcoming wines.  Participants will then break up into different teams to experience the eight cabernets.  Each team will work independently to taste and describe the wines and assess information such as:  type of aging container, country and/or region of origin and the age of the wines.
 
Up to 25 people may be invited.  Gotham Wines provides all the wine and glasses – the winning bidder provides the location, people and food.  Date on a Monday – Friday night to be determined at the mutual convenience of Costas Mouzouras of Gotham Wines and the winning bidder.
