Lucky began her hair color career at the Scott Cole Academy with frequent classes and seminars by Haircolor USA creators Scott Cole, Linda Yodice, and Robert Cromeans.  At Taglio Salon in Scottsdale, Arizona she was claimed the award of "Best Pre-Shampoo and Scalp Massage" in 1998 by the Phoenix Weekly.

Coming back to California, Lucky worked at Architect & Heroes, where she specialized in hair color. During this time she participated in makeovers for Evening Magazine. Her talent ranges from soft highlights, creative color, and corrective color to the popular thermal straightening and reconditioning.

For the last four years, Lucky has been working with her talented co-workers at Dekko Salon creating some of the most interesting and beautiful hair.
