We will meet you at the home you are interested in purchasing and spend 30-45 minutes walking through with you. We will inspect the main systems of the house and tell you what is working, and what may require an upgrade, repair, or replacement. Then we will provide you with an itemized status sheet that includes estimated repair/replacement costs for each of the issues we have discussed.
