Renowned San Francisco chef/restaurateur and current James Beard winner TRACI DES JARDINS, of Jardinière Restaurant, Acme Chophouse, and Mijita, will lead a team of America’s finest chefs that will present our guests with the perfect meal on the crush pad under the stars.  It will be a true toast to sustainability, using only the finest ingredients imaginable, all to be served at beautiful Medlock Ames. JOHN STEWART and DUSKIE ESTES -of Bovolo and zazu- will join in preparing the feast, with dessert by JEAN YVES CHARON of Galaxy Desserts.
