You or another kid you know - son, daughter, grandkids, nieces, nephews - will have the kids’ thrill of a lifetime. Enjoy the smiles on the face of your youngster when you take him/her to spend a private, just for you, "day" with the Vacaville Firefighters.

Receive a behind the scenes tour of the fire station, help wash the fire truck, learn about fire prevention, meet Smoky the Bear, meet Fire Chief Brian Preciado, get your pictures taken sitting on the fire truck, talk with the firefighters and hear their fire stories, and, best of all, eat famous firehouse grub prepared by real Firefighters. Your youngster will also receive a kiddies’ fire helmet.

The "day" will begin in the morning and end after lunch. The winner will need to make an appointment for a mutually convenient time with the Vacaville Fire Department. AND, don't forget, in case of a Fire Department Emergency, your adventure may have to be rescheduled.
