W.F. BiBimBab: The W.F. stands for "World Famous"; the bibimbab for Korea's national dish, the latter being a stone bowl layered with rice, as many as eight vegetables, a choice of beef, seafood, tofu or steak tartare, a fried egg and a dizzying array of condiments. It's fun to dance around the exotic menu, to sip sake from 30 different choices or perhaps 20 different shochu, the Japanese vodka. Service is very much a part of the experience. So is joy.
