Begin a family tradition of loving touch communication by learning the ancient art of infant massage from a certified instructor of infant massage. Infant massage has been proved to improve babies' sleep patterns and digestion, reduce colic and fussiness, and promote neurological development and mother-child bonding. Helen Loucado is an advocate of natural birth and parenting practices. She is a Registered Nurse, midwife's assistant, childbirth educator, massage therapist certified in pregnancy massage, certified doula, certified lactation counselor, as well as a certified instructor of infant massage. She also has special training to assist parents of babies with special needs. 

Class will be taught privately or in a small group in three one hour sessions. Infant massage classes are designed for mother and baby from three weeks old through crawling.
