Extreme Boot Camp's mission is to bring a unique style of physical fitness to civilians of all levels by providing an exciting military atmosphere with discipline and structure. Through teamwork and camaraderie, a motivated and energetic group environment is created, where each client rises to their individual potential - accountable to their own fitness goals. They are a COMPLETE physical fitness program. The components they concentrate on are: Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility and Range of Motion, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Body Composition, Nutritional Guidance.
Their goal is to help you learn about fitness and nutrition so you can apply it to your life. It's not just a short term diet, it's a life changing experience!
Can either split a session or start the next session in line.
