Winner will receive an Event Certificate and Passes for an Ice Skating Outing and Professional Lesson for (10) and provides all participants with rental skates.  This takes place at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo, a beautiful new ice and roller rink that is the L.A. Kings’ training facility.    

At the start of the 3-hour skating session, a section of the ice will be separated from the rest of the skaters, and the group will be given a Private thirty-minute professional skating lesson by Ice Skating Institute certified instructor (and Franklin dad) Gary Schipper.  Winner of the auction will select the day for the event, per the ice rink’s schedule for public skating sessions; weekday and weekend times available.  (And Mr. Schipper and the Toyota Sports Center staff will also arrange for special treatment of your party for expedient VIP admission and skate rental.) 

The Toyota Sports Center has a café and games area as well.  Parents joining the kids on the ice can also participate in the lesson, which will be fun and tailored for the abilities of the participants.  Winner of the auction may also arrange to reserve a nice party room and snacks or pizza at small additional cost; arrangements can be made by Mr. Schipper and the Toyota Sports Center staff.  A very fun family event!
