This stoneware chip and dip was entirely hand crafted. It was thrown on a pottery wheel, fired in an electric kiln, lead-free glazes were applied and it was fired again to a temperature of 2200 degrees.

As with all stoneware, to use in the oven, place it into a cold oven and then raise the temperature gradually. The piece is dishwasher safe; however, its size may prevent use in the dishwasher. Its diameter is approximately 13" and height 1 3/4."
