Jody Blagdon currently resides in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts.  

Blagdon writes, "I paint loose transparent watercolors and pen and ink watercolors. Flowers, people and places are my subjects found primarily outdoors on the North Shore of Boston, in Maine, and in Florida. I enjoy being a signature member of The New England Watercolor Society, the North Shore Arts Association, the Guild of Beverly Artists, the Deer Isle Artists Association, and am also an Associate Member of the Rockport Art Association. I am a graduate of Vassar College and have studied with many nationally known artists. Prior to my painting career, I had 30 happy years of teaching piano."
