This auction item is a color photograph by RAA Member Manuel Correia-Branco. Titled "Paris Lanterns", it comes archivally matted and framed, measuring 11x14".

Writes the artist, "This picture entitled "Parisian Lanterns" was taken on a cold  February morning while walking along the River Seine in the winter of  2004.  The juxtaposition of the street lanterns with the sun and Eiffel Tower in the background caught my eye.  This picture was not  altered and appears as taken.  This photograph follows along with my  choice of subject matter which tends towards architecture and nature, with a particular interest in capturing abstract images and  geometrical shapes or patterns. With a few exceptions, I do not manipulate any of my photos preferring to keep the image as it was captured."
