This auction item is an original watercolor painting by RAA Artist Gregory Dunham. Petite in size, it measures 3 3/4"x5 3/4" and comes framed and ready to hang in your home.

Gregory Dunham is a professional artist with over thirty years of experience working in watercolor, graphite drawing and lithography. His works hang in over 500 collections (see below for selected examples). His most recent awards include, in 2004 Amee B. Davis Memorial Award, RAA, Rockport, MA1998, The William Meyerowitz Memorial Award, for an American Scene, Rockport Art Assn., Rockport, MA, the Amee B. Davis Memorial award and The Garie & Kenneth Perry Award for Excellence in Painting, Rockport Art Assn. in 1997 and The Guild of Boston Artist Award, New England Watercolor Society, Boston, MA. He has participated in national group and juried exhibitions since 1972 and has shown in such places as, The American Watercolor Society, The National Academy of Design, The Art Institute of Boston, University of New Hampshire, Butler Institute of American Art and the Academic Artists Association. His professional affiliations include, the Rockport Art Association, 1972-present, Guild of Boston Artists, 1974-present, New England Watercolor Society, 1986-present, and Union of Maine Visual Artists, 1990-present. He was a founding member of two cooperative galleries in Massachusetts before moving to Maine where he and his wife founded the McGrath Dunham Gallery, now in it's 20th year and representing over fifty artists. He has served on the board of governors at the Rockport Art Assn. is a past president of the Rocky Neck Art Association in Gloucester, MA and is a founding member and co-chair of the Castine Arts Association.
