This red burgundy is delicious! Aloxe Corton is situated in North Cotes de Beaune where the soil is mostly chalky-clay and the mineral flavors mix well with the fruit. The wine has good color and shows crushed red fruit aromas. Serves well with sauces, roast meats and cheese dishes. KH
