The wide range of Coastal vineyards used for this wine has yielded a wine richer than usual. Nutty, lees-influenced aromas provide an element of complexity, enhancing the ripe apple and light butter fruit aromas. Medium-full bodied, with fine viscosity, the flavors reveal biscuity, green apple and citrus nuances. Not overtly oaky, with clean acidity and fine integration of all the flavors, this is certainly the most complex BV Coastal Chardonnay to date, a great choice with seafood and other mildly spiced dishes.
