Take home a piece of the Philippines and then head off to Lake Tahoe!  That’s right, you read it correctly – this is an unusual lot and here’s how it works: when we get to this lot, the youngest person at each table will have ninety seconds to auction off the beautiful Filipino centerpiece you see in front of you.  He/she will then write the name, bidder number and winning bid amount on the paper provided at each table, place it in the accompanying envelope, and pass it to one of the collectors.  The results will be tallied, and before the live auction is over, we will announce the name of the highest bidder in the entire room as the winner of not only of the centerpiece, but also a week’s stay at a beautiful house in Lake Tahoe Donner! In the event of two or more equal high bids, there will be a live auction between the bidders to break the tie.

The winner of the “highest bid in the room” will enjoy a week-long stay in a beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom house in Tahoe Donner.  Take your family and friends to this breathtaking summer vacation home and enjoy all that Lake Tahoe has to offer.  Stay must be between May 1, 2008 and October 31, 2008 (excluding 7/4/08 to 7/7/08), and lodging is for up to 12 people.  (Please note that the highest bidder at each table will win the centerpiece on their table and be charged accordingly. The winner will take it home with them tonight.)
