Hiruko (he - roo - ko) - Japanese god of the morning sun, protector of children's health.   The six-week Panda session offered here is for three year old children.  The classes blend fitness with mindful practice, to encourage motor skill development, and nurture balance, strength, and coordination. A foundation of play and improvisation infused with Yoga, Tai Chi, and martial arts principles, makes these classes fun. Parents are encouraged to watch and participate when needed.
