This beautiful rendering of mother and child is sure to add warmth to any decor.  Artist Tessie Jugo founded the Art and Music Dept. of La Salle Green Hills in Mandaluyong, Manila, Philippines where she taught Art for 18 years. During the last seven years of her tenure, she served as head of the Department.  Now retired from teaching in institutions, she devotes her time to teaching children charcoal and pencil sketching, oil painting and crafts.  This is a 9” X 12” oil on canvas paper.
