ISTP's very own Director of Development, Patricia Colin will prepare a mouth-watering French dessert and deliver it to you on the first Monday of every month from September through February.  Desserts will be as follows:

• September: Pithivier (French Almond Cake)
• October: Chocolate mousse
• November: Tarte aux citrons - Lemon pie
• December: Chocolate cake with crème anglaise
• January: Galette des rois with Almond paste
• February: Gâteau à l'orange - Orange cake

If the Monday is a holiday she will deliver it the following Tuesday. Please do not bid if you are allergic to nuts, oranges, lemon or chocolate.  No substitutions!
