Artist Tessie Zialcita-Jugo founded the Art and Music Dept. of La Salle Greenhills, Mandaluyong MM, Philippines where she taught Art in grade school for 18 years.  During the last seven years of her tenure she served as head of the Department.  Now retired from teaching in institutions, she devotes her time teaching children charcoal and pencil sketching, oil painting and crafts.
