Whether you're a pilates master or unsure of how the pilates thing works you'll have a fabulous time getting fit. 

Frog Temple Pilates Center is offering a Private 90 minute workshop party for you and nine of your friends (10 people max).  The workshop will include mat and equipment demos & participation and will be led by Chicago's leading Pilates instructor, Randi Whitman (owner).  Frog Temple is also providing a light lunch from Chicago's Hot Chocolate Restaurant.
