A number of interior, exterior and safety updates were made for the 2004 Acura MDX in 2004. An upgraded V-6 engine added more power, up to 265 horsepower. On the outside, some of the upgraded features included a restyled front fascia, new chrome trim plus dual exhaust tips. The interior added a beautiful brushed metal-look trim for the center stack and many other aesthetic upgrades. Safety was the biggest boost with the addition of side curtain airbags and a tire-pressure monitoring system. It also has a top rated crash rating. The MDX seats 7 passenger with the third row folding flat. It also all come with leather, heated seats and  a moonroof. There is a lot of bang for the buck on pre-owned MDX's.  The touring model comes with side airbags, back-up camera, and roof rack.  The mileage is 38K-42K.
