Description

Antonio Jacobsen (1850-1921) was America's folk art hero, recognized for his unsurpassed contributions to the nation's maritime history. During a painting career of over 45 years, from 1873 to 1919, his paintings covered the transition from the age of sail to steam. The artist spent most of his life in NJ, maintaining a home in West Hoboken. The sight image of this digital print is 11" x 6" and the framed piece is 23 1/2 x 20 1/2. There are 12-13 different Jacobsen prints. As available, Somerset Frame shop will offer these additional prints at the same "buy it now" prices. Please inquire if interested.
