Lynne Railsback's watercolors have been exhibited in museums, botanical gardens, galleries, corporations and libraries. Her work can be found in both private and corporate collections across the nation. She became part of the permanent collection of the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation for her work "Tree of Life." In 2006,  was honored to be included in the Royal Caledonian Horticultural Society's Botanical Exhibition in Edinburgh, Scotland. Railsback has a piece in RAM's own permanent collection.
