Duration: One Season (End December 2008)

Includes off season home monitoring and concierge on the following:

1. Weekly visits to the property.
2. Connect/Disconnect Services.
3. Arrival Preparation (Cost of Groceries extra).
4. Airport Pick up/Drop off (Includes one drop off-pick up/month “family of 4”).
5. Pre/Post Cleaning.
6. Manage Maintenance (Cost of individual services is extra).
7. Basic Handyman Services (Major projects & materials extra).
8. Will meet owner to draw out details of services to match needs.
9. Monthly maintenance cleaning.

Estimated cost of service is $200/month (6-7 months $1200-1400)
