1. Maintenance and Project Management (Cost of individual services is extra).
2. Monitor Home and Make Arrangements while out of Town.
3. Arrival Preparation (Cost of Groceries extra).
4. Airport Pick up/Drop off (Includes one drop off-pick up/week “family of 4”).
5. Automobile service management (cost of services extra; i.e. detailing, repairs).
6. Concierge services to free up homeowner time.
7. Basic Handyman Services (Major projects & materials extra).
8. Will meet owner to draw out details of services to match needs.
9. Service calls wait management.
10. Confidentially is always a number one priority.
11. This is not a 24 hour service.
