"Hey - I could write/illustrate a children's book!!"

Well, test that theory and bid on this shadow day for your student with author/illustrator and Urban parent Ashley Wolff, who has created close to 50 illustrated children's books. 

Follow her on a typical day to see how it's really done. She may be creating a finished illustration from a rough sketch, discussing fine points with her editor, doing research or fielding fan mail from the web. Probably all of the above and more!

Whatever the day brings, Ashley will take your student under her wing -- answer any and all questions, stroll her neighborhood, share tea and goodies and send your child off with an autographed book of his/her choice.
