This item is a Ladies "Hot Diamonds" sterling silver double heart charm pendent.  The largest heart is set with a small round diamond in the middle.  The pendent hangs on a 18" sterling chain.  The pendant and chain are rhodium plate and will not tarnish.  It weight is 11.5 grams.
