Hand painted cabinet featuring Francestown, NH scenes

Item Number: 242
Time Left: CLOSED

Description
Francestown artist, Kathy Marx, who painted this cabinet tells us, "the cabinet was for our library fundraiser. I tried to capture the feel of life in Francestown. The top of the cabinet shows our village center during our annual Labor Day Festival, all the people and activities. The snowy side with the moose depicts how rural we are, the other side is our church, where I'm told that many years ago they had a "mustache competition" during the fall festival. The front doors show our beloved library and our little red schoolhouse, which now houses the town offices."
Special Instructions
Cabinet was won at a fundraiser raffle but the winners had no place for it so they have graciously donated it to our auction. The cabinet is brand new, and was never used.
