Sparks will be your "Personal Chefs for a Day” and prepare a 5 course gourmet meal for a private party of up to 6 people. Whether for a birthday, anniversary party or just a get together with friends, the meal is sure to make any occasion VERY special!
Greg Proulx has 9 years of culinary experience. Prior to his position at the Hanover Street Chophouse, Greg was Sous Chef for the French restaurant Christophe's on the Green in Vermont (voted Best Restaurant in New England for Innovative Cuisine - Sante Magazine.)
Chris Comeau has been with C.R. Sparks for over seven years, and also spent some of that time at the Hanover Street Chophouse.
Greg and Chris offer you the following SAMPLE menu to give you an idea of the wonderful gourmet meal you can enjoy IF you are the winning bidder!!
Course 1: Broiled Malpeque oyster with a braised leek sabayon
Course 2: Warm arugula salad with grilled peaches, prosciutto, extra virgin olive oil & aged balsamic vinegar
Course 3: Confit duck torte with spinach, comté cheese & red wine reduction
Course 4: Pan-roasted veal chop with jumbo lump crab meat, oven-roasted Yukon gold potatoes, asparagus & bernaise sauce
Course 5: Dark chocolate soufflé with raspberry coulis
